There are various ways to characterize a probability distribution. A common used method is the probability density
function. A normal distribution is a two-parameter family of curves. The first parameter µ,
is the mean, and the second parameter Þ, is the standard deviation.
There are various techniques for the solution of distribution problems and here at KMP will show methods using
Normal, Exponential, Chi-Square and others. All these methods create random numbers where each distribution provides
its own unique practical algorithm random number generator.
